Children of Gaza is a campaign, not a humanitarian organisation.

When our events are intended to raise funds for charitable work, we work with established charities with the expertise and infrastructure to deliver that work. This allows us to concentrate on what Children of Gaza can contribute: athletes, audiences, sport, communications and events.

Main Charity Partner

Children Not Numbers

Registered Charity in England and Wales (1213857)

Children Not Numbers is our current charity partner, working to support children affected by the war in Gaza. Its work includes access to medical treatment, medical evacuation to hospitals in Egypt, Qatar and the UAE, rehabilitation, education, trauma support, emergency assistance and advocacy.

This critical work is delivered by a network of more than 100 volunteers, most of them medical professionals across more than 30 paediatric specialities.

There is also a direct connection between the two organisations through Anwar El Ghazi, who is an ambassador for both Children of Gaza and Children Not Numbers.

Previous Charity Partner

Islamic Relief UK

Islamic Relief UK has worked with Children of Gaza and Nujum Sports on previous events. It was the charity partner for our 2024 football match at The Hive, with fundraising supporting its Gaza Emergency Appeal, and it collaborated on the 2025 In Conversation With event at Conway Hall.

Its Gaza programme has included maternal healthcare, temporary learning centres for displaced children, hot meals for families and long-running orphan sponsorship.

This critical work is delivered by a network of more than 100 volunteers, most of them medical professionals across more than 30 paediatric specialities.

Our charity partners may change according to the event and the work being supported. We will always make clear which organisation is being supported and what the fundraising connected with an event is intended for.

Nujum Sports

Alongside our delivery partners, Nujum Sports runs its own programme of awareness sessions and community events connecting Muslim athletes and sporting organisations with the cause.
