Our site links to other websites, including our charity partner for the current campaign (currently Children Not Numbers), our own corporate website at nujumsports.co.uk, and our ticketing partner, Ticket Tailor. We are not responsible for the content of these other websites, or for how they handle your data, including any donations you make directly to a charity partner through their own website.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
8. Fundraising and charitable funds
Nujum Sports CIC is a Community Interest Company. It is not a registered charity. For fundraising events and campaigns such as Children of Gaza, Nujum Sports CIC organises the event or campaign and collects ticket sale proceeds and any linked donations through its payment and ticketing providers. Reasonable event costs, such as venue hire, ticketing fees, and event production costs, are deducted before the remaining proceeds are passed to our named registered charity partner for that campaign or event, currently Children Not Numbers (Children Not Numbers International Ltd, charity number 1213857). The amount or proportion of the price that will reach the charity partner will be stated on the relevant event’s own booking page. Once proceeds have been paid to the charity partner, Nujum Sports CIC does not hold, control, administer, or have visibility of how they are used. Any question, complaint, or concern about funds raised, or how they have been used, should be directed to the relevant registered charity partner, using that charity’s own contact and complaints channels, and not to Nujum Sports CIC.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
